All operations inside our online passport photo tool run entirely inside your browser's local sandbox memory (using client-side JavaScript, HTML5 Canvas, and local WASM). No images or personal files are transmitted to our servers or any third-party database. Your privacy remains 100% secure.

3. Biometric Compliance & Preset Guidelines

While we offer automatic alignment overlays, warning borders, and dimensions corresponding to official country requirements (such as USA 2x2 inches, India 3.5x4.5cm, UK, Canada, Australia, and Schengen presets), the final compliance of the exported document remains your sole responsibility. Biometric approval depends heavily on your upload quality, lighting, posture, eye alignment, and final cuts. We recommend reviewing official government guidelines before submitting photos.

4. AI Background Removal & Manual Refinement

Our background keyer and client-side AI auto segmentation features are provided to assist in background color swapping. However, biometric photo guidelines require flat, solid, shadow-free backdrops. Use our manual refine brush tools to paint and correct any edge artifacts (like ears or hair flyaways) that could trigger automated biometric scanner rejections.

5. Suit and Attire Overlays

The formal outfit overlays are digital layers designed to simplify attire changes. Some national passport agencies do not permit composite images or modified clothing. You use these overlays at your own risk, and we recommend verifying if your target country allows digital clothing edits.
